At
SharpShooters Video, we cover an array of student-related events... including dance,
cheer, theater, band, and choir.
If there's an upcoming event
you'd like professionally recorded onto DVD,
we suggest calling to book a video crew at least a
month in advance, and even several months in advance if your event is during April, May
or June. However,
don't hesitate to call us, even if your event is less than a week away. We do
have dates open up and can often rearrange our schedule to meet your needs.
SharpShooters Video typically does not charge a shooting fee
for staged performances... only a per copy fee for those who want their own copy
of the performance. For videography in the Austin, TX area, there is at
least a 30-order minimum to secure
our services
for live performances including plays, dance shows, band and choir
concerts. (It's at least a 40 order minimum during April, May or June.) If your group has not sold
the minimum number of orders within 2 weeks after the event,
the group will have to purchase the unsold copies. SharpShooters Video will provide you with personalized order forms for your
event, upon request, and post your event on our website for those who wish to
purchase a copy by credit card. Pricing for the individual copies is based on the length of
your performance.
Additional fees may be added for
shows that last longer than 3 hours and for events outside the Austin, TX, area.
