*NOTE: It is $15 per game to use SharpShooters Video game footage in your recruitment that you do not already own (i.e., if you haven't purchased a game highlights package).

Your Recruitment DVD will include:  

1) Opening - A still shot of your athlete with basic information recruiters want to know:

     a) General Info: Name, class, high school, position, etc.

     b) Vitals & Stats: Height, weight, 40 yd, bench, squat, game stats, etc.

     c) Athletic Achievements: All-district, Team MVP, 3 year letterman, etc. 

     d) Academic Achievements: G.P.A., class rank, Academic All-District, etc.

2) Highlights - The highlight section is a series of plays arranged according to your preference (usually your athlete's most impressive plays should be shown first). A spotlight or arrow around your athlete during each play will make him/her easy to spot. Slow motion may also be added when it enhances the impressiveness of the play.

Tips for Time-coding your Plays: To insure your recruitment DVD includes the exact plays you want... we must have you "time-code" each play. To do that, make sure your game tape is rewound to the very beginning... and your VCR or camera counter is set at 00:00. As you come across a play you want to include in your DVD, write down the counter setting at the beginning & end of that play and a brief description.

Do the same for each tape - rewinding & resetting the counter each time - until you've time-coded every play. Then rank your plays 1 - 40 in the order you want them to appear on your DVD (typically, best plays should come first). If you don't have a VCR with a time counter, be very thorough in your description of each play.

3) Closing - Your recruitment DVD will end with a still shot of your athlete along with his/her phone number and home address. You may also include contact information for up to 2 of your athlete's coaches.

4) Other Options -

     a) Background Music - it's free to have your recruitment DVD set to music, as long as you provide the songs you want to use on CD. There's a $2/song charge if we provide the music.

      b) Raw Game Footage - some coaches request to see your best game in its entirety. You choose the game and we'll add this to your DVD at no extra charge.

      c) Additional Copies - your brand-new recruitment DVD comes with 10 labeled  videotape or DVD copies. Additional copies may be ordered at any time, but we require a minimum of 5 copies each order.

      d) Additional Plays - if you want to include more than 40 plays on your DVD, it's an additional $20/ edited minute of highlights

      e) Updating your DVD - as you improve as an athlete, you may want to update your current recruitment DVD to reflect your current abilities. Updating the opening/closing information on your DVD, including statistics & vitals is $25. Updating, adding or deleting highlights from your DVD is $75. The pricing includes 2 new copies of your updated DVD.
